“Pet Sematary: Bloodlines” disappoints as a prequel to the Stephen King film adaptation. The film is set in 1969 Ludlow, Maine, and attempts to explore the origins of the Mi’kmaq burial ground and Jud Crandall’s character. Jackson White stars as Jud, a teenager eager to leave Ludlow with his girlfriend Norma (Natalie Alyn Lind). Their escape plans are derailed when Norma is attacked by a dog, revealing unsettling changes in their friend Timmy, a Vietnam War veteran. Visit my flixer for more!
