Revisiting the wild world of “Vacation Friends 2,” we join Marcus and Emily as they once again embrace chaos by inviting their eccentric friends Ron and Kyla on a lavish Caribbean escape. Unfortunately, this sequel falls short of recapturing the original’s charm. Despite a capable cast, the film lacks the original’s wit and energy. The humor often misses the mark, delivering only occasional chuckles. The abrupt transition to action in the final act feels jarring and misplaced. The standout remains the talented cast, especially Howery and Cena, who manage to keep the chemistry alive.
